  • How do I become a stockist?
    If you wish to stock Freckleface products, please visit www.frecklefacetrade.com and click on APPLY NOW - this will direct you to a form to complete. Your application will be reviewed by the team and we'll get back in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.
  • I am an existing stockist. How do I set up an online trade account?
    To set up an online trade account visit www.frecklefacetrade.com and click on SIGN UP. This will direct you to a form to complete, which will be passed onto the team to be approved. You will then receive an email to confirm your account is live. Then you can start shopping!
  • Can I be invoiced for my order?
    This payment method is only available for customers who currently have a terms account with us. If you DO NOT have a terms account, we will not be able to accept your order until payment has been received.
  • Why can't I see product pages on the website?
    Only approved stockists with an online trade account can view our products. If you wish to apply for an account visit www.frecklefacetrade.com
  • How long do your wax melts last for?
    Each melt will fragrance fo 20 hours. Some melts last longer, citrus scents tend to be the longest lasting, but all wax melts should give you a minimum of 20hrs fragrance, when used with a 4hr tealight or an electric oil burner.
  • Are your bath bombs safe to use while pregnant?
    Our bath bombs and bath fizz are made using essential oils, active ingredients and natural moisturisers. A typical bath is 150 litres of water and our individual bath bombs and recommended measure of bath fizz aren't deemed a risk when diluted in this amount of water. Whilst some essential oils may be deemed a risk to pregnancy this is when applied topically to the skin in large quantities, but please seek professional advise if you are concerned. We would always recommend seeking advice from your midwife when using any bath and body products. If you are concerned with risk, please seek medical advice.
  • How long do your candles last for?
    The burn times for each of our candles are the following: Mini Candles: approximately 20 hours Medium Candles: approximately 40 hours 3 Wick Table Candles: approximately 60 hours Large Candles: approximately 80 hours Large Tin Candles: approximately 34 hours Tealights: approximately 4 hours
  • Are your products safe to use around pets?
    Its personal choice whether you use fragrance around animals. Please take advise from a professional as although we are dog lovers here at Freckleface, we aren't animal experts.
  • Are your products natural?
    Our wax melts, reed diffusers and candles are all made using a mix of essential oils and a fragrance oil. Each fragrance comes with a CLP sheet with full disclosure of all ingredients and allergens. Our calm and unwind range, essential oils and bath and body products are all made using 100% essential oils and contain no man made fragrances. We use a mix of fragrance and essential oil to ensure the fragrance is strong and lasts a long time.
  • How long do your Reed Diffusers last for?
    Depending on the heat of your room, our reed diffusers last between 3-6 months. The cooler the room temperature, the longer the reed diffuser will last.
  • CLP Compliance - Are you allowed to sell wax melts pick & mix?
    We are the first company to sell wax melts in this pick & mix form, so we are breaking the mould (no pun intended!) and to do that questions are always going to arise, so we thank you for your interest. Included with each tube of wax melts is a long thin concertina label that has all of the ingredients and warnings needed for all of our fragrances. Please be assured that all Freckleface products comply with CLP requirements and we have been inspected by Trading Standards at various times with no issues. Freckleface wax melts are purposely very small to reduce the impact on the environment and don't use any plastic packaging so they fall under Article 29 of the CLP Regulations. Thankfully government bodies are now recognising the impact packaging has on the environment and are supporting businesses who are trying to reduce packaging and plastic in the world. As with pick & mix sweets and pick & mix bath bombs mixing the varieties is only an issue if you don't display all of the ingredients, so regardless of which wax melts you choose you will get the CLP information for all of our melts, allowing us to sell them pick & mix and helping the planet use less plastic.
  • Are your products vegan and environmentally friendly?
    Yes, our products are suitable for vegans as they don't contain any animal products.We use soya wax. Which is 100% natural Our products are a mix of essential oils and synthetic fragrance. Most of our fragrances are paraben free, but please check the CLP label for each fragrance ingredients. We source our wax responsibly and use local produce where possible. We try to source our botanical toppings from UK growers.
  • Are your products safe to use with babies?
    Please take the advise of your midwife or health care professional. The advise on essential oil use during pregnancy changes regularly so it's down to personal choice and professional advise.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet
    When you receive your shipping email, your order has officially left our warehouse and is on its way to you. As all products are handmade to order, please allow up to 10 working days for us to despatch your order. If you haven’t received your order after 14 working days, please email: hello@frecklefacehomefragrance.com and our customer service team will be in touch with you.
  • I am unhappy with the product I have received, what do I do?
    On the rare occasion you are unhappy with one of our products or are experience an issue with them, please email: hello@frecklefacehomefragrance.com and our customer service team will be in touch with you to help solve your problem.
  • Can I add to my order once I have checked out?
    Unfortunately no, you can not add to your order once you have checked out, as our system does not allow us to do this. However, we can cancel your order if it does need amending, please email hello@frecklefacehomefragrance.com if you would like to do this.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Please email hello@frecklefacehomefrangrance.com with your order number and we can sort this out for you.
  • Can I change the delivery address?
    If we have not sent you a shipping email yet, then yes. Please email: hello@frecklefacehomefrangrance.com with your order number and your new address and we can change this for you. Please note: when you receive your shipping email, it might still say your old address, but please be assured we will of changed your shipping address, sometimes our automatic response system does not update it.
